Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific handholds you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the unmounted handholds back in their original box with sufficient padding to prevent chipping or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Teknik

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package back to our distribution center for inspection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the holds have not been bolted or chalked, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
